Custom Orders
AESTHETICO specialises in custom designs. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including names, text, and details) is accurate. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof so we can resolve the issue.
