Overview
This website is operated by AESTHETICO. "We", "us" and "our" refer to AESTHETICO. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Using this site
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.

Our products
Every AESTHETICO piece is printed and framed to order. Product images include room mockups to show how a piece might look in a space. Sizes are shown in centimetres, and room images are for illustration only. We take care to show colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and print.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices and products may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full. Once an order has entered production, it can't be changed or cancelled.

Shipping
We ship within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Intellectual property
The AESTHETICO name, logo, branding and original website content are owned by or licensed to AESTHETICO. Our products may incorporate imagery and other materials belonging to third-party rights holders. All third-party rights remain with their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use AESTHETICO's original branding or content without our written permission.

Third-party services
We use trusted partners to print, frame, ship and process payments for your order. We'll help resolve any issue with your order, whichever partner it involves.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, AESTHETICO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
