At AESTHETICO, each piece is made to order to ensure quality and accuracy. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Times
All orders are custom-made and processed through our print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected product options.

Order Tracking

Custom Orders
As all products are custom-made based on the details you provide, please ensure all information (e.g. names, text) is entered correctly before placing your order. AESTHETICO is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Delays & Issues
While we work with reliable fulfillment partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, peak seasons). If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
