Refund Policy

Every AESTHETICO piece is printed and framed to order, just for you. Please read this before you order.

Arrived damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it free or refund you. Email support@shopaesthetico.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the poster, frame and packaging

You don't need to send anything back unless we ask.

Change of mind
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, including choosing the wrong size or finish. Please double-check your selection before checkout.

Changes and cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, we can't change or cancel it.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
